Hin da! Ein Aufruf zur solidarischen Prozessbegleitung am 12.01.22

***Triggerwarnung Polizeigewalt***

Get there! A call for solidarity process accompaniment on 12.01.22

***Trigger warning police violence***

On 12.01.2022 a trial will take place in connection with the solidarity rally for the evicted Liebig34. The defendant is accused of insult, resistance and assault. The charge of attempted assault was dropped in advance. The trial is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Tiergarten District Court in room 769. Changes are possible.

In the context of the „six months undead“ event, six months after the Liebig34 eviction, an arrest was made and in the course of this, violent assaults were committed against the person concerned. The arrest took place under the pretext of insult, because the cops once again felt attacked in their position of power and offended in their honor. Immediately they had to express their supposed superiority with a brutal arrest.
The person concerned was directly handcuffed. In order to prevent possible attempts at liberation and to isolate the person concerned, she was immediately separated from the people participating in the event by a chain of cops and taken out of their field of vision. People who tried to get information about the reason for the arrest and the further procedure were brutally pushed away by the meanwhile helmeted garbage bags and partly physically attacked. Until the end, the cops did not give out any information about the person concerned. She was brutally loaded into a tub and removed from the event for a search. The search was extremely violent, and the victim had injuries to her head, wrists and upper body. With the wording, „Congratulations, you get to go to Tempelhof,“ she was taken to the Gesa and subjected to ED treatment. A more detailed summary and analysis will follow after the hearing.

The person concerned would appreciate to receive a solidarity process support. There will be no announced rally. The cops are all invited as witnesses, so let’s not leave the affected person alone and stand together in solidarity against their repression.

We wish a lot of strength to the accused person, whose trial will take place the day before, also in the context of the eviction of Liebig34. Here, too, we wish for a solidary accompaniment of the trial. The trial will take place Tuesday 11.01.22 – 12 o’clock – Turmstraße 91, Berlin – room 769.

We will not be intimidated, let’s fight together!
