Wiedereinmal pünktlich zum Wahlkampf wollen es sich Politiker_innen nicht nehmen lassen, gegen das Hausprojekt in der Rigaer 94 zu hetzen. Nachdem 2016 Henkel, nach der zeitweiligen Räumung der Kadterschmiede zurück rudern musste, geht der Konflikt weiter. Diesmal unter anderem, zwischen dem Senat und dem Bezirk. Markus Bernau als vermeintlicher Vertreter der Briefkastenfirma Lafone Investment Ltd., will erneut durch einen Räumungsprozess versuchen das autonome Jugendzentrum Keimzelle und die Kadterschmiede räumen lassen, mit Unterstützung von Geisel und Co.

Am 17. und 18. Juni soll nun ein zweites Brandschutzgutachten erstellt werden, obwohl am 9. März eine Brandschutzgutachterin des Bezirks das gesamte Haus bereits untersuchte. Was genau passieren wird ist noch unklar, aber es ist mit einem mehr als zwei Tage andauernden Polizeieinsatz in einer roten Zone zu rechnen, wobei Bewohner_innen und Nachbar_innen permanent Bullen ausgesetzt sind und schikaniert werden. Das Alles, um Bernau Zutritt zu verschaffen.

Bei dem Schauspiel der letzten Jahre, der Farce an Gerichtsprozessen und des sinnlosen zweiten Brandschutzgutachtens wird ist eines klar. Das selbstverwaltete Hausprojekt Rigaer 94, die Kadterschmiede und das autonome Jugendzentrum sollen weg, egal wie, egal mit welchen fadenscheinigen Begründungen, egal wie viele behelmte Schlägertrupps dafür notwendig sind. Genau wie der Rot- Rot- Grüne Senat innerhalb des letzten Jahres schon dafür gesorgt hat, dass die Liebig 34, Syndikat, Diesel A, Sabot Garden, G17a, und die Meuterei mit einem martialischen Bulleneinsatz weichen mussten

After 2016 Henkel had to row back after the temporary eviction of the Kadterschmiede, the conflict continues. This time, among others, between the Senate and the district. Markus Bernau, as the alleged representative of the offshore company Lafone Investment Ltd., wants to try again through an eviction process to have the autonomous youth center Keimzelle and the Kadterschmiede evicted, with the support of Geisel and Co. On June 17 and 18, a second fire protection report is now to be created, although on March 9, a fire protection expert from the district already examined the entire building. What exactly will happen is still unclear, but more than two days of police action in a red zone can be expected, with residents and neighbors permanently exposed to cops and harassed. With the spectacle of the last few years, the farce of court cases and the senseless second fire protection report, one thing is clear. The self-managed house project Rigaer 94, the Kadterschmiede and the autonomous youth center should be removed, no matter how, no matter with what specious reasons, no matter how many helmeted goons are necessary for this. Just as the Red-Red-Green Senate has already made sure within the last year that the Liebig 34, Syndikat, Diesel A, Sabot Garden, G17a, and the Meuterei had to give way with a martial cops deployment.
