Following an event for the freedom of political prisoners in Berlin-Friedrichshain, people gathered outside the local community hub “Zielona Góra” to show solidarity with the imprisoned comrades.

A banner with the slogan “Free Ulm5 + Daniela! 18.3. Day of Political Prisoners” was held up, slogans were shouted – and some flares set the scene alight.

DANIELA KLETTE was arrested in Berlin in 2024 as an alleged member of the former RAF (Red Army Faction) and has been on trial since March 2025. During her imprisonment, she is also expressing solidarity with the Palestinian cause.

The comrades of the ULM5 were arrested following an act of civil disobedience – the dismantling of the infrastructure of the genocidal war profiteer Elbit Systems in Ulm – and are since September 2025 in prison in various cities across Germany.
