Solidarity evening for anarchists imprisoned in Russia

Three years ago six anarchists and antifascists from the Russian regions of the Urals and Western Siberia were jailed after secret services accused them of forming a “terrorist organization” and planning attacks against government agencies. All of them were brutally tortured. In Russia, this trial is known as the “Tyumen Case” — after the city of Tyumen, where the first arrest took place.

On the third anniversary of their arrest, we want to talk about this case and tell you the story of our comrades behind bars. Relatives of the imprisoned anarchists will join us via video conference.

There will be an opportunity to write letters to the prisoners, make a donation, and purchase merch in their support. In addition, there will be soli-kitchen with coffee, cakes, and vegan snacks in exchange for your donations.

The anniversary of the “Tyumen case” falls on the International week of solidarity with anarchist prisoners. Come by to learn more about the struggle and repressions in Russia and show solidarity with our comrades!
